A pre-game warm-up that will prepare you for game day

Are you looking for a great way to get warmed up for a game? Are you curious what college players do to get ready?
Colby Blaine, the Associate Head Coach at the College of Idaho, shows us exactly what he does with his players. This pre-game warm up takes players through the following:
  • ball handling warm up
  • for shooting warm up
  • shooting on the move
  • competive shooting
He states that the entire workout takes between 45 minutes to an hour. The goal is to get your heart rate up while working on your shot. It is not intended to be full developmental work out. Instead, it prepares players to play later that day and still be fresh.
