A New Record From Deep & Going 20-20


The calendar flipped over to 2016 this past week, and the amount of standout performances from various top prospects in the Northwest continued on.

There was a state record which was tied in Montana, another 50 point game, one player is seeing 20/20 as well as more impressive offensive performances in big time games across the region. As the Holiday portion of the year concluded, the players listed below proved that they were interested in wasting little time to make their new year impressions.

Over the weekend, the Centennial Tournament also took place at the College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho. Check out the Top Prospects here, where Coeur d’ Alene took home the title.

Bellarmine Prep’s Malachi Flynn dropped 31 points to help his team win the Bellarmine Christmas Classic for a second straight year as they defeated Puyallup. Flynn is averaging 30.3 points per game through 11 games this season.

Issaquah’s Scott Kellum had a big night going for 41 points in a win over Bothell.

Clarkston’s Tre'von Allen led all scorers with 35 points in his team’s overtime win against West Valley.

Steilacoom’s Lajon Enis-Carter went for 26 points in a narrow win over Bethel.

Wilson’s David Jenkins Jr. finished with a jaw-dropping 51 points which was more than half of his team’s total points in an overtime win against Tamanawis (B.C.)

Tacoma Baptist’s PJ Talen scored a game-high 29 points in a loss to Crosspoint Academy.

Life Christian’s Luke Lovelady eclipsed the 30-point mark ending up with 32 points to help his team knock off Livermore (California).

Central Kitsap’s RJ Secrest had a game-high 30 points in a loss to Emerald Ridge.

Kennewick’s Dillon Plew registered a double-double in his team’s loss to West Valley. Plew ended with 23 points, 11 rebounds and four assists.

Hanford’s Jacob Sivonen went for 30 points in his team’s two-point loss to Mead.

Cusick’s Spirit White poured in 25 points despite his team’s close loss at the hands of Curlew.

St. George’s Collin Cremer had himself a tidy double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds to secure the win over Colville. Teammates Liam Sienko and Isaac Werkman also had double-doubles with 12 points and 12 rebounds a piece.

Medical Lake’s Jaelon Stith finished with a double-double 15 points and 12 rebounds as his team knocked off Omak.

Selkirk’s Cole Dawson contributed a double-double in a win over Clark Fork. Dawson ended with 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Juanita’s Dylan Moctezuma put in 25 points to help his squad overcome Interlake.

Cascade’s Isaiah Gotell tallied 26 points to help his team get past Lake Stevens.

Arlington’s Drew Bryson eclipsed the 30-point mark going for 31 points despite the loss to Edmonds-Woodway.

Shorecrest’s Phillip Pepple scored 25 points at home to help his team secure the win against Meadowdale.

Woodinville’s Tony Miller had 25 points in 25 minutes in a win over Mount Si.

Ingraham’s Jerome Kidd Jr. was just shy of the 30-point mark ending up with 28 points in a nice game to help his team hold on and win by one-point over Ballard.

Eastside Catholic’s Brock Mackenzie hit for 31 points to help his team get the win over Cleveland.


Franklin’s Keiron Goodwin enjoyed a big game finishing with 37 points for the win at Bainbridge.

West Seattle’s Nate Pryor dropped 29 points in a one point win over O’Dea.

Kentwood’s Darius LuBom scored 25 points as his team took care of Jefferson.

Grandview’s Gunner Chronis ended with 28 points in their matchup against Prosser.

Freeman’s Ryan Maine cashed in five 3-pointers en route to a 25 point effort to get the win over Newport.

Moses Lake’s Cesar Sandoval was solid at the line making 7-of-9 free throws to end with 28 points and get the win over Post Falls (ID).


Mountain View’s Davis Holly scored a game-high 25 points despite his team losing in the Mountain Division championship at Mountain View to McNary. 

Madras’ Kanim Smith III had 29 points, but that wasn’t enough as his team fell to Baker in the Sisters Holiday Tournament.

Sisters’ Keegan Greaney tallied 27 points and added five rebounds to help his team knock off Mazama at the Sisters Holiday Tournament.

Bend’s Mario Mora finished with 30 points to help propel his team past The Dalles.

Jesuit’s Malcolm Porter put in 31 points as he impressed yet again this time in a win over Lake Oswego.


Syracuse’s Kalvin Mudrow continued his dominant play in a win over Salem Hills as he went for a double-double finishing with 23 points and 24 rebounds at the Eagle Holiday Shootout. 

Highland’s Rick Schmidt had a double-double 20 points, 11 rebounds in his team’s loss to Fremont at the Utah Autism Holiday Tournament.


Plenty Coups’ Skylar Plainfeather paced his team with 47 points to get the win over Roberts. Plainfeather drained 13 3-pointers which tied the state’s single-game record set by Ronan’s Matt Luedtke in 2000.

Lame Deer’s Troy Red Sleeves had a game-high 26 points beat Baker at home to start conference play.

Loyola Sacred Heart’s Parker Davis led his team with 26 points in a win over Ronan.

Stevensville’ s James Fry dropped 25 points in his team’s win over rival Hamilton.

Deer Lodge’s Cade Benjamin led all scorers with 25 points to help his team top Ronan.


Lake City’s Nate Carlson ended with a double-double going for 17 points and 12 rebounds despite a loss to Coeur d’Alene. 

Rocky Mountain’s Kobe Terashima notched a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds while also dishing out four assists in their win over Timberline.

Eagle’s Zac Furgerson went for 26 points to help his team hold onto a one point victory over Meridian.

Ambrose’s Travis Yenor scored 25 points to lead his team past Ridgeview.

Melba’s Trey Trappett led all scorers with 28 points to help his team slide past Liberty Charter.

North Star’s Jon Berger finished with a double-double 15 points and 12 rebounds to beat Riverstone.

West Side’s Peyton Brown cashed in 11 of his 12 free-throw attempts to end up with 28 points and led his team past Marsh Valley.

Dietrich’s Jake Smith exploded for a game-high 34 points in a route over Challis. Teammate Slade had a double-double in the win going for 11 points and 13 rebounds.

Fruitland’s Dex Hershey put in 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to earn himself a double-double as they topped Baker (OR).

Idaho City’s Aaron Carignan pulled down an impressive 17 rebounds while scoring 24 points in a win over Garden Valley.
