Borah (ID), Bergersen Too Much For Nampa

by Transition Hoops Report

Borah got out to an early lead against visiting Nampa behind the hot hand of Rylan Bergersen (6'3 SG 2016). Bergersen knocked down some deep 3s early but was also able to generate some points at the rim. He did a good job of going to the defensive glass and really crashing the boards on offense.

His teammate DeAndre Jones (5'9 PG 2016) also had a solid offensive game with some 3-point buckets and moved the ball well.

Nampa was without their leading forward Blaine Roberts due to sickness. JD Schutt (6'0 SG 2015) tried to pick up the slack by being agressive and attacking the basket off the dribble and mixing in some perimeter shots. Ultimately Borah just had more players that were productive.
